It won't allow me to login to the app or the website. The app worked great, up until the update, except it never lets me use my rewards points to re-up my account. It always comes up that there is an error. I have contacted customer service many, many times and when they try to do it on their end they get the same error. It's so annoying. What is the point of having rewards points where you can use them to re-up your account with air time if you can't use them anyway!!! Please fix the bugs.

The app is just as frustrating as the Simple Mobile service provider, if that's possible. You are required to login every time you open it as if you had just downloaded it. Half the time it won't recognize the password entered, even if it is correct. Then will keep asking for login for everything you try to do in the app. Accessing My Rewards section is nearly impossible and once you get in, it will keep booting you back to Dashboard and login. Shop phones, add data and other options are hidden.

You broke the app. "LOG IN FAILED" every time now. And the more infuriating thing it only does this when connected to WiFi, any WiFi, but works with phone data. Are you trying to force people to use data to use app??? Not everyone has the unlimited data plan. EDIT: Logging on with data signal only sometimes works, as of now it's not. No logging in with WiFi or data. Fix the app!
