I wish I could give a -100 stars because I run out of data 2 days after I renew then when I add ad in data Im out of data the next day! Customer support is no help at all and refuse to put through to anyone who can help! I can never log in and because I don't have data, the link they email me to reset my password ( for the hundredth time) of course won't load. I have way to many other issues about this service to even list here. It's absolutely ridiculous.

For what you pay the service has potential, particularly if you're in an area with good coverage; in my case the transmitting of data is shotty at best, and that's the kicker, since the price of data is so high. Nevertheless, call and messaging features seem to function perfectly. Personally, I don't understand the difference in transmiting information over the internet vs messaging and calls.

I've had this service for a number of years. In Nov 23 I was overcharged by $40 which they were able to refund in just over a week. Since then I have been unable to pay my bill or redeem any rewards points via app. There's always an error box pop up. I have to call and go through all the sales prompts before I'm able to pay the bill. The customer service is friendly but doesn't always help. I spent 30 mins in a chat to resolve an issue, "your issue is resolved", only it's still quite present.
