I've been with StraightTalk for at least 10+ years, but since they were bought out by Verizon, it's become worse, not better. The service is good,but I can no longer use my points for a free plan. It says the plans outlined by a heavy green border are eligible, and the only plans outlined are for add-on data. I also had to uninstall and re download the app and now my fingerprint login does not work. I'm on the verge of going with a different provider and not recommending StraightTalk anymore.

Verizon ruined it, I've been a customer for 10 years roughly. They had great service and alright customer service/user friendly apps. Recently I don't get notifications for my service renewal, the service connection isn't as good it's gotten spotty, and I can't access the app anymore. Any number of deletes brings up the same error. I'll definitely be switching

Indescribably bad. It appears to be purposefully thick. It took an hour to do a five-minute task. The app often "forgot" that I was logged in, & I'd go through the two-step authentication again, then I'd have to restart the task I had been pursuing. It was like navigating a chaotic nightmare, where nothing was what it looked like. I learned which links to avoid by trial & error, to avoid logout. Why wouldn't your data usage be on the dashboard? Because irrelevant popup ads take up all the space?
