I've had Straight Talk for 10 or so years. You'd think they would offer long term users a cheaper price per month, better point accumulations. The app isn't easy to use at all. Pages changing before & after I sign in. I tried using my points to use as a partial payment. It doesn't let me do that. The app really sucks. I'm going to change providers. Boost Mobile offers the same service for $25.00. Half of the Silver S.T. service. I haven't had any problems with S.T. service. Just the app/price!

You pretty much almost always have to go on a web browser and sign in to your account because this app is beyond glitchy. Freezes, doesn't except password and keeps asking you to enter it when you try to go into anything other than the dashboard, UI is beyond glitchy. If I could rate this a zero or a negative number I would. You would think when Verizon purchased Straight Talk they'd do a complete overhaul of it. Wishful thinking.

Always such a pain for me to log in, nor will the app allow me to delete all of my prior prepaid debit/visa cards and that in itself, the use of prepaid cards is and has ALWAYS been a tremendous problem. I've been a customer for years and have been dealing with this for those same years. I'm having a problem this very minute with the exact same problem...adding my monthly payment. Why does this have to be so difficult, to pay with an American prepaid debit/visa card with American $ on it ?
