Hi my name is Travian lane I use straight talk and i can hear devil worshippers talking and they brag about slowing down my 4g connection. I've called straight talk one time because they kept taking away my phone's service. I just wanted u to know to make your company better
Your app is garbage. It won't load for resetting passwords, always says insecure network(I have a wpa2 protected modem) and won't allow me to refill my account. I love the phone service but I would NEVER recommend this app
I have unlimited wifi at home. I am mostly at home. I work outside of my home 1-2 days a week out of town. That is it. I go shopping 20 miles away from home 1-2 times a week. I have a phone at home. I have great internet. I use my phone for almost everything communicative, except to make calls when I am away from home. I was hoping to get a basic plan for service activation with a low minimum of minutes for phone calls while I am away from home. About 100 minutes would suffice. Be willing to pay 20$ for 120 minutes and texts. I do not need or want data. I already pay enough money for phone and internet for my house. Mobile minutes only no data for me. I'm going to try the text now mobile device for 20$ a month. I can get a cheap phone through them or use this one. I pay for data that I can use to make my calls when I'm away from home. I wish more companies would offer a la carte options for their services and products. The companies that do will get the most customers. I gave 2 stars because I do like the inexpensive phone. It works great. The only thing I have to complain about it is the battery takes too long to charge and doesn't last very long.
The new daily points won't let me proceed until I install this app. Since I am on autopay, I find the Straight Talk app a waste of storage space. It's easier to access my account through the Web browser. However, I know someone not on autopay who has difficulties using his phone, & he loves the app, so it's not a 1 star rating.
This app is down EVERY single time I try to use it late at night. It's ridiculous. All I want to do is add extra data without having to retype ALL my information on to the website. Why even develop an app if no one can use it?
I honestly really liked this app. Long story short, I added 'airtime' because my data was ending for the month and I went to add it but once I added it. It still showed my old data usage. So here I am getting ticked because this is my only way of communication. There service is decent but I am an unsatisfied customer. What a bunch of bs.
