I absolutely hate their app and website the same! One of the most poorly designed apps/websites around. The account is worthless when you have to 'login' with every new page you try to go to. It will not allow you to remove or edit your cart in anyway which is extremely frustrating! I have literally been forced to call customer service multiple times due to their faulty app, which essentially is meaningless. You don't use it for anything beyond looking at your account info & promotions/ deals.

I like the Straight Talk plan and have never had an issue with it. But this is the shittiest app I have ever had the displeasure of using when it comes to refilling your data. I would advise never using this app to refill service and instead going to a store, buying the data card, and texting the number listed to refill it instead. The reward points are not worth the hassle. I would rather pay the extra tax at a store getting a card than ever use this buggy, laggy, pitiful excuse for an app.

my account number is nowhere to be found. I've tried to click on the chat button and I just end up on a white screen. the app just crashed one after using it for the first 5-10 minutes. I've been on it that long. I was forced to log in and verify it was me about 4 times now. I changed my plan and went with a lower, more basic option. Every time I go to the dashboard I have a bright red error on the top that I can't get rid of. it's just telling me that my plan expired and I need to refill it.
