app constantly logs you out, even though it's your phone plan on your phone. biometrics are possible to log in but only if the app prompts it, you usually don't have the option to hit biometrics. when you refill your plan, they presume you want the old plan and there is no easy way to change plans before purchasing.. there used to be so I'm not sure why they took it away. additionally, the app and website works so slowly, it's unreasonable they have an AI when it doesn't do anything

genuinely the worst customer service possible. they either connect to you to clear AI or to someone who's clearly not trained, which isn't their fault it's the companys. I'm very disappointed. update: yeah, don't ever go on straighttalk. I tried hopping on visible instead but straightalk is giving me issues when trying to transfer over my number. worst. carrier. ever. don't ever use straightalk. I won't have service for at least another 48 hours because straighttalk is giving them issues.. yikes

this app is LITERALLY the WORST app I have ever used. It never works! I always end up having to go buy a card or text 611611 to refill my plan. When I actually do make it to checkout it tells me "sorry we cannot process your request. try again later" seriously?!? And yall need a loyal customer program. This $1 off if you auto enroll is funny. I have been a loyal customer for about 10ish years!
