Been using this service for years. Somethings wrong now. It's being slow. I don't have a connection. Yet I have service. Its not my phone. It matches up with others reviews recently. To be exact, looking at the app, I was maxed out on my data. But your service says 10gb high speed then 2g after. Well it's not working at all when I'm maxed out on the data. And yes I have 2 service days left. Nothing of that sort.

Had this service for years and any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved quickly. But over the last 3 months, my service has been spotty at best and most days unless I'm outside, I don't get service. I've had the same plan for years, they recently added hotspot. It worked the first month and has not worked since. Every time I go to the app to add minutes or shop for a new phone, I keep getting "error occurred, please call with the phone number, and that's if the app even opens. NOT HAPPY!!

Easy to navigate. Easy enough to purchase the plan I want. A good no hassle app. Quick and easy to use. The only thing I have found out about unlimited internet is after I use up what is considered high speed, the low speed is slower than Granny gear in an old pickup. It is so slow that it is utterly useless. But I rarely run out of my high speed but there have been a couple of times and it is a day or two short of my service renewing.
