I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

Total Wireless is ok but this app sucks. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have ALWAYS used auto pay. I have 3 lines. Any time I try to use the app it says I have to set up auto pay, which I HAVE!! I'm considering switching for this reason alone. Yes I talked to customer service they were no help. OH YA AND AFTER 10 YEARS I FINALLY HAVE ENOUGH FOR A FREE MONTH OF SERVICE AND IT WON'T WORK!

this is useless, worse actually. i couldn't get the app to work, nor the site. i even tried redeeming a prepaid card, and that didn't work either. i kept running into bugs, buttons that didn't work, items in my cart i didn't put there, it was a pain trying to remove it, and i finally called customer service, and they messed everything up. they tried to charge me more than i was told i would need, told me to make new emails, you name it. i took a 70$ loss today because of there poor service.
