Works perfectly, was worried it wouldn't after reading other reviews. Shows data used accurately. You can auto pay, add data or chat with CS. The app could use a little overhaul to be more athletically pleasing like Verizon's or Cricket's but other than that it's a useful tool.
This app is absolutely worthless. It does not perform any function other than to frustrate the customer. The service is fine. The app and website are horrible... the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I don't think I will ever experience anything worse for the rest of my life. This app is totally useless...
Can never check the balance frusating website and the app. Have to text every time to check balance on data. The app functions just keep going in circles and never get processed.
I completely agree with those who have dissed the capability of this application. It is terrible and the website off the computer is not any better. The problem I experienced one month ago on the site while looking for an account summary has not been fixed. While the technical gentleman I spoke to at total Wireless was nice, he was ineffective in rendering any sort of solution. You get a grade of "F"
This app came in handy for setting up service but is practically worthless for managing one's account. I can never get usage details to show anything and so have to text to get my balance.
I'm needing to get my phone set up by today and everything I try it say that there was a problem, please try again. So far, I'm regretting going with this phone plan. Just very stressful when it shouldn't be.
