The AP fails. The widget never works. I guess the big wigs at total wireless use another carrier therefore they don't know that it is worthless.
App is worthless except for checking balance, and even that doesn't work sometimes. I have to call to add airtime because their website doesn't even work except to check balance. I really like the good deal on data I get from Total Wireless, but they seriously need to hire some competent app and website developers.
The biggest problem with this app is that there is a huge delay in showing your actual data balance...for example if you purchase additional data. I will get a text message 2-3 days later thanking me for the purchase. Sometimes I will get connection errors and have to reset the app. Other than that...no other problems and the plans/data are very affordable.
Was on phone with India for hours with no help. I was able to change my password on their website but not on the app. Shouldn't there be some integration between the website and the app? Their customer service told me they didn't have anyone that could help with the app. I would love the convenience of buying airtime through the app but one needs a password for that and these stupid people can't get their passwords correct
App works fine but terrible service through Verizon. I turned both my phone's off. Terrible support service too.
It does the basics but doesn't look to great, needs a new cleaner design. I'm sure everyone would agree.
