I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

App is useless and customer service is even worse!!!!! No matter what device or update, nothing can be done or seen on the app. Their website sends you to the app, which sends you to the site, and back and forth, incessantly. If you call customer service, you can barely understand a word they say, and they can't fix anything! Time for a new service provider!

As soon as I enter all the required information to open my account, it closes immediately. I have to re-enter the data, but the app closes the page automatically as if it's infected with a virus. It seems the problem lies with Total Wireless itself; instead of protecting our devices from viruses, they are the ones spreading them and disabling our devices. If I open the app and click any button, it reverts to asking me to enter my password again. I won't trust it. it's a terrible application.
