I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

App is useless and customer service is even worse!!!!! No matter what device or update, nothing can be done or seen on the app. Their website sends you to the app, which sends you to the site, and back and forth, incessantly. If you call customer service, you can barely understand a word they say, and they can't fix anything! Time for a new service provider!

I've been with this company for a year now and the app has just become unusable. 2 times now, I've been charged twice for a months service. the first time, they refunded me the money they charged me. the second time, they refused to and said they couldn't refund it once it was in my wallet, even though it was the apps malfunctioning that caused the issue. it's near impossible to even get to the rewards center. The money off of a phone after a year rewards, no longer tracks. it shows no tracking
