The first few months it was working great. Now when I try to use the app on my phone it makes me have to the website online to manage anything, the app no longer works for me. Lately everytime when I've had to put minutes on my phone, it ends up getting deactivated and I have to contact somebody so they can fix it everytime. This plan has gone from being amazing to completely the worst plan. I've had nothing but trouble for the past 6 months now when I've had this plan for over a year.
