This app is awful. I'm constantly having trouble with my password. It's difficult to locate my service end date. I get error messages when I try to oder something. Pages don't load. It's difficult to look at the whole range of plans and addons on offer. This app was much easier to use before they changed it. I finally bypassed the app altogether and went to the Tracfone website where I don't have as many problems.

The new app is very difficult to navigate. It used to just take me minutes to add Data and now it takes a half hour just to get to the add ons and then signing in to my phone number multiple times. It constantly wants me to do a monthly plan and all I want is an add-on. The whole reason I do TracFone is to just add-on whenever I want.

Put your stupid app back to how it was. You "upgraded" and broke it. I used to click a couple buttons to refill my minutes, fast and easy, done in 30 seconds. Now it takes 10-15 minutes and navigating error messages and slow or dysfunctional load screens just to do the same thing. And re-typing a lot because of it. Stupid.
