Very deceptive, really. Ive used this app for over a year. And its always the same, if you want to check your rewards balance , great! If you want to see your payment history, no problem! Also, yoy can change your payment method, make a payment, add extra data, etc. BUT IF YOU JUST WANT YOUR ACCOUNT PIN so you can change carriers, now therein lies the problem in order to get THAT info, NOW its 2- step verification. Then texts you a #, but after plugging it in, the "verify" button is now gone.

Not really happy about why I cannot get back into my account currently. Even though I haven't changed my account password whatsoever, it will not let me login. I've used my Serial Number, email, and my phone number, and none of them have worked. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again and it failed. I haven't had this issue in the 7 years I've had an account and this is making me very unhappy.

Most excellent and very handy. I am very pleased with this app.. Thank you.. Something happened. The TracFone app does not work at all half the time and always when I need it. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. What could be wrong???? I never had any problem before. YOU need a new app that works and we do not need excuses for this either, TracFone is great for excuses. I am a retired priest and computer tech and I know when something is not right!
