Was close to the end of my eleven hour drive and stopped two minutes before my logbook ended, unfortunately the system crashed and restarting the app and re-loging in made me go three seconds over my eleven hour drive, they quickly sent me a violation and when I've called customer support they've said there's nothing they can do about it after asking for my Credit card or Debit card information over the phone.

For a few latest months Trackensure has been getting worse and worse: 2024 update. 4-5 hours lines on the phone. They say it's fixed, and tgen you wait again. Each time you call for support, they ask you if you work with Amazon, I never worked with amazon and never will, their rates are too high for the aggravatingly bad service they provide. I wish trackensure out of business. Putting my truck on a different eld. Glad I only have 1 truck so it's easy to dump this garbage company.

Right after update 09/29, app crashes every time i try to certify records, can't log out unless I certify records. So go figure. App needs always help with state and city location when changing status. So you have to get out off app, open google maps, find your location, open the app again, manually enter the state and city...etc Trailer licence always has to be manually entered too
