Tracker is horrible. it always crashes. everytime you do something inside the app it wont save and you have to keep logging out to re-enter the app to save it. my company uses this app for towing cars and its the worst. i wish they would get rid of it. after EVERY update the app runs worst and it takes them a week to fix it -i dont recommend you use this app or software if you own a tow company

I have been having issues with this app on a tablet for my job at a towing company we use it to dispatch calls and take pictures of the vehicles we pick up, as of 10-07-2022 October the 7th 2022 I was on a double hitter County call for an accident for the police department out of 30 pictures that I needed to take it only uploaded four of them but it said it uploaded all of them and it did not and it locked me out of the system I cannot log into the Mainframe and their server in Ohio State.

glitchy. when trying to close a ticket it gives me an error message saying waiting on photos to upload. sometimes if viewing individual photos it will get stuck halfway between photos and the map then app will crash. Samsung note 9
