Android devices with operating system 9.0 and above (Google Play Services required). Some Huawei phones, such as the Huawei P40/50 series and Huawei Mate 40/50 series, do not have Google Play Services.

Ratings and reviews

My cat came home hours ago. The app tells me he's resting, yet the map shows the tracker moving around all over the place. The 1 dB alarm chime is utterly useless. The GPS signal bounces around all over the yards of various irritated neighbors and teleports 15 yards away whenever I get within 3. If your pet loses the tracker, the chance of recovery is almost nil. The app and devices have improved a lot, to be fair.

Updates cause problems! It would be great to see when updates to the tracker are available and when they are being installed because it tends to break functionality inside the app. This becomes especially annoying when the tracker moves away from the phone while an update is running undetected in the background and is therefore interrupted only to leave the location tracking or any other core feature broken. (Pls don't say "I couldn't replicate" and just do best practices)

Incorrect tracking. My device does track inaccurately. I was on vacation with friends. The 2 dogs got up & went on all walks together. They played & napped simultaneously, and my friends tracked over 60 min more. Additionally, when adding active minutes and sleep time, a minimum of 3 hours is missing from the day. When contacting tractive they always says it depends on the gps system - yet the dogs where always together.
