Don't fall for the Fi collar ads. Tractive is so much better. They use AT&T, Tmobile, AND Verizon. So the coverage is exceptional... Fi only uses AT&T. The only time the live tracking hasn't been accurate within a few FEET is when the collar is inside our 2 story house, or there is absolutely no signal, like 10 miles into a national forest or way out in the country. Even if my phone barely has one bar, it is accurate. Fi didn't even know what side of my yard my dog was on IN Lost Dog Mode.

Needs more control over notifications, louder alerts when the leaving the virtual fence. And faster live time - I gave watched my dog leave the yard and then waited five minutes to get a location. Radar is useless for me, I basically have to have the dog in sight for it to be in range. Sound on the until it's useless, I can barely hear it when I'm right beside the unit.

The complaint I have about paying so much for this service, is it will only show the location when the pet is out of the safe zone. it won't let you make the safe zone your yard, it's pretty much my entire block. I can't see where she is unless she's out of there. The option to find via Bluetooth is almost always unusable, it won't let you click it. I wish for the money it had a little more.
