Ratings and reviews

I wouldn't even trust someone else's money to this platform. You cannot get verified on the website and you need to take pictures of physical documents only (including bills) through the. Customer support was basically non-existent and I received unhelpful and wrong one sentence responses. E.g. I was told to take a picture of a screen! Which of course did not work. I will bet that at the slightest hitch or irregularity, anyone who trusts their money to this platform will face serious issues.

Poorest banking app available, layout incoherent and impossible to find menus. Has a some useful news feed features but doesn't take away from the overall poor layout and almost lack of transparent design. In app you cannot even find savings accounts. Would really need to do better if Freedom 24 wants to be taken seriously

Easy to use! Excellent app for those who are new to investments but also for the more experienced ones.
