Ratings and reviews

Very bad customer service, taking around a full working week to sort out a normal issue. Applied for options acc 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back. Extremely frustrating and not possible to use a platform like that. The fees also fall behind the top platform fees, eating into profits. I've been largely underwhelmed. The only positive I've found is many new stocks/ IPO's are updated onto the platform timeously.

can crash when loaded with instruments. Comparatively could be better but look at Binance, Kraken, Coinbase...compare charts outlay and decide which may be better etrade, Scottrade thinkorswim..see the differences and decide for yourself which is a Pro tool🤔 Desktop version it too big too slow, takes too long to launch a whole 5 minutes!

worst trade company ever. I show a positive balance but yet they say I'm negative. the apps navigation is also horrible and hard to exactly know what to do. customer service??? doesn't exist with this place. not seeing good money from tradestation
