I recharged my SIM via TradeGo today; the amount was debited and the app shows 'Successful,' but my SIM is still not active. I cannot call your support line as I have no balance. Please clarify if the amount will be refunded or if the recharge will be pushed through immediately. I am stuck without a connection! I even tried to contact your team through mail but no reply mail has been received till now. it's been a bad experience as the amount is huge. please respond fast.!

This app experience is terrible. ​I tried a ₹509 recharge which showed 'Failed'. Support said the plan was inactive, which the app should have notified me of BEFORE payment. ​The biggest issue: The failed recharge amount was credited to my Tradgo Wallet. When I asked for a Bank Refund, the support team flatly refused! ​They insist I must use this amount for another recharge through their app. This is holding customer money hostage due to their own system failure.
