From now on you can order the new Deutschlandticket (D-Ticket) via our website. The ticket costs 49 Euro per month and is available as a personal season ticket without transferability. With the Deutschlandticket you can use all public transport, including regional transport throughout Germany.

Ratings and reviews

the idea is good, yet they do changes to the app that are everything but user-friendly. Suddenly 4 trip tickets have the reduced fare version pre-chosen. now it's happened twice to me that I bought the reduced fare tickets which is pretty useless for me. Dear Devs, user-friendly means not to suddenly change the order in which people do something, especially when it comes to purchases that are often done in a rush, e.g. public transport tickets.

Looks good, but they outsourced and detached the payment method. The other company is not answering to support requests, not even after weeks. Therefore I had to cancel my whole account. Now I am waiting since two weeks that this happens and I am stuck again. I will just give up to more serious apps. As usual, customer support is underrated...

During a ticket control in the S train, the app showed me without prior warning that my account is locked. Fortunately I managed to escape the train without penalty. Apparently, my account is locked because of logins on multiple mobile phones (due to broken phone). There is nothing in the terms and conditions that prohibits use of the app on multiple phones. In fact, that seems like a pretty normal use case. It's quite awkward to have a locked-out app, without notice, during a ticket check.
