App not working and no way to get in touch with anyone. A gym is opening up in my area soon and I was sent the link to download. I set up my app and tried to login today to add my founders card and the app says the trial is over and I have to purchase a membership and won't let me see the app or even get to another page. it shows a white screen where the memberships should be and nothing else. No one answers their social media in regards to any questions and they send mass texts but no respon

can't login they say my password and email don't work but I have changed the password twice and still can't get into my account it was working well before I started going to the club now I can't even login

Signed up, got the membership, and for some reason, after going in person to get verification. I can't sign back into the app, even after resetting the password. So then what's the point of the app, If a Revamped member can't use it???
