MammaFitness services always maintain a very high level, dietary advice is given by legal dietitians and nutritionists and our trainers are licensed personal trainers with many years of practical experience from working out in the gym.
We also have expertise in, among other things, IBS, diabetes 1 and 2, hypothyroidism, allergies and special diets.
What distinguishes our offer from regular training and diet apps is what we call accountability. Our members know that the coaches do a follow-up every week of diet and exercise, it makes it feel a little harder to take the easy way and ignore the good intentions.
