best dictionary app Seriously it used to be a nice app... But now there is no add bookmark button..... love this app. using for 3 years. please consider these improvements:keep quick bookmark shortcut on page (I don't have to open menu and add a word to my bookmarks) . please let me sync my word history and bookmarks though play account.
Great but limited compared to iOS version This was one of the first apps I bought for Android after coming from iOS. This version lacks quite a bit of the functionality that I was used to, namely the puzzle solution and anagram solver. It would be great to see these added to the Android version
Brilliant dictionary app As a second language teacher I have found this app invaluable for both my students and I. Never having been a confident speller this little gem has helped me several times when I was unsure of a spelling or my spelling was questioned by students. Easy to use and a beautiful interface to work with. It is also very fast in returning its results.
Never am without it! Just ditched my iPhone for an Android phone. This is one of the first apps I purchased. I am a lousy speller. This dictionary is great at suggesting the right word for the mangled mess I sometimes type in. Love the thesaurus as it has plenty of suggestions for writing. Also use the random word function to increase my vocabulary.
Great app that I have used for a long time. Usually it's definitions are if the highest standard but I did find one over the years that was questionable and that was the definition for "nation". The definition actually contains the word itself which rather defeats the purpose if having a definition.
Excellent, but where is the puzzle solver? I recently (finally) switched from iPhone to Galaxy S3 and was thrilled to see Wordbook available on Google Play. But feeling a bit let down as there is no puzzle (anagram and scrabble) solver feature like there is in the Apple version. What's up with that?! PLEASE ADD!!
