The American Standard® Home app allows you to optimize the comfort and efficiency of your home by connecting directly to your American Standard smart thermostat.

this app gets the job done, but the data visualization is poor. I can view events such as compressor speed or operating state but there is no useful filter. it's just a combined jumble. you can also graphically view historical data but only for one week, and it incorrectly counts concurrent states. according to the history page my heat ran 25 hours on Tuesday! thermostat has the ability to control auxiliary equipment, such as a humidifier, but this is missing from the app. disappointed.

Unable to connect app to the thermostat. It asks to enter a 5 digit code but there is no place on the thermostat to enter it, there are no instructions to guide you to where this goes. I will call help number tomorrow. If an app does not work without calling help desk then the app is very poorly written. I contacted the support team, they discovered there was a code in the Thermostat that needed to be reset. This app is designed for the original install only or call support. Update the App!

When it was the Nexia App, it worked without problems. Was forced to convert to AS Home Standard App. This constantly drops the network and cant recover. Its 10 feet from the wireless access point. Fix your app its terrible. Makes me want to change thermostats to have something I can trust as reliable for an app. This shouldnt be hard or too much to ask for reliability. Its a thermostat not an Xbox. You should be ashamed. Only way it could get worse is to be spyware and not work.
