Poor experience. Lots of usability issues. Using Google Pixel 3XL. When searching for flights, if you switch apps to check on something, it deletes your selections. Also, when putting in your destination (whether by airport code or full city name) you input field is broken. Further to that, once you enter the destination, the confirm button shoots from the middle of the screen to the bottom meaning you press a different destination and have to start again 🤔. Really bad user experience.

The app is fine. It's how it's tied to the back end that seems off. Can't get to your boarding pass after check-in. Pretty standard for an airline app. Limited ability to apply upgrades, seat selection, etc.. The UI is fine but lacks any real value to the traveller.

Doesn't give you boarding passes, i.e. it's only purpose. Edit: Validation at airport should be specified in app. App glitches and says there's an error when trying to view it. If validation at airport is required at airport, that means there is another line to stand in before security, and due to the increase of travellers time is very valuable. Arriving at the airport early doesn't help because the desk agents don't open until 3 hrs before departure. AC app gives you boarding pass.
