Don't even give a thought of sending money through Transfast whatever their proposed exchange rate may be. Worst service. I dont know Why the hell they have to take money from my account even after I cancelled my transaction after couple of hours. I request Transfast to close their business as they always fail to provide good service to customers.
Waste of time - if you really want to send money internationally try to find another service, this one won't get you anywhere. I created my account and waited for bank verification, everything ok and after that I tried to send money and got cancelled without any further explanations. I called them and they said "Wait a couple of weeks, we don't have estimated time for Verification Process" - Are you serious? If you try to send money is not to do it in 2 more months.
I'm totally disappointed with Transfast, the way they dealt with my recent transaction. Totally irresponsible service, not anymore trustworthy.!! Though my first fund transfer from Canada to India through Transfast was delayed more than a week (apparently for bank account verification), my recent transfer from Canada was credited to my bank account in India in less than 6 hours which was really surprising. The simplicity of online transfer using android app, exchange rates as well as service charges are all quite competitive. Keep the good work going. >>
Your recipient will NEVER get the money you send within the timeframe that Transfast quotes. I'm not sure how or why a business is able to consistently outright lie to its customers. Not an isolated incident: check other reviewers. Goodbye transfast.
Guranteed transaction cancellations if you send money using the "No transaction fees" option. Customer support is non existent. Either there is no response or scripted reply "Unable to disclose due to security reasons". Adding a chat bot would do a better job.
Service sucks. Customer support sucks. My transaction got cancelled without any reason then customer support told me that I will not get my money back until 7 business days. It was an emergency so how am I suppose to tranfer the money by other means if I don't have it back? Very frustrating.
