As a first-time user, my user experience was a complete headache, literally!, the wording is so confusing, the app is very inconsistent, and wonky to use, I don't like this app, it took me almost 2 damn days to figure out what the was going on. Customer service was a mess, I couldn't understand the person language,but it was a horrible first experience. This app needs a lot of work, it's not reliable, guys, it's not simple to understand, and the system is very slow, makes you repeat steps.
