sometimes works. sometimes doesn't. randomly changes the amount that can be sent instantly via ach almost every week. customer service is abysmal - almost is if they play word games in specifically not answering the question or concern. used to love this app. based on my communication with their customer support, it appears no changes expected to the deterioration in service speed/reliability anywhere in the foreseeable future. they got big and then they got sh#tty.
