App that can be used to estimate monthly payment or equated monthly installment (EMI), amortization schedule, compare one or more loans payment, analyze Renting or Buying Cost, plan future college cost, plan monthly budget and track loans accounts.

From result display activity:

Additional Notes:
► App has a navigation bar with links to the home screen and calculators, users can navigate between the calculator and return to the home screen
► Please ensure to enter only "Numeric" characters
► Enter only the percentage value for "Down Payment" field

Ratings and reviews

Good enough for a quick rough idea. Does not account for income tax impact, depreciation (land and building separately) and inflation tendancies. If you need to exit an investment/asset taken on laon, there is no way to calculate profit or loss. Some may find ads annoying but not that of a biggie for me.

NONE I HATE APPS that ask for a rating before you can even access them let alone evaluate. i understand the reasons why Feedback is extremly important to fix potential proiblems and, of course, possibly include new feature requested from users of the app in future updates whenever possible. My statement only pertain to "Not Allowing the app to work and actually throwing you out of the app and closing it. Then repeatedly performing the same process until the user gives a "five star" review.

Americanised and no option to change any of the details. Can't do weekly or fortnightly and only allows you to do percentage on deposit or down payment other apps are better
