I have 13 months warranty a month to the expiry date my phone's fingerprint stopped working I went to the calcare office they said the parts are not available that I should come next week I kept coming till the warranty expired now they asking me to pay for repairs that's it just 5k how come you now have the part when the warranty is just expiring that's unfair...

If I can give zero star I would. Carlcare gave me a 1 year warranty which is still valid. I have gone to their centre for repairs and they make me pay irrespective of the cover. This is large scale and open fraud. I would love to share my warranty for the world to see and know how fraudulent @carlcare NG is. The annoying part of this fraud is that I paid for the warranty.

It'll be of good help just as I see it. Some of the workers don't know exactly the fault of a particular phone and will be giving us wrong information and false price. I want there with my old Itel S16 to see the fault and did the repairing, it fell from three story building and doesn't come when I switched on. The work told me it's charging system and screen so it'll cost GHC480.
