Ratings and reviews

Palmpay is just so good and user friendly.... there are a lot of savings option that helps to grow one's savings culture and it is really flexible and reliable in my own opinion. There are investment plans and a whole lot more benefits 🐱 like frequent giveaways. The 4star is just perfect for this review as they also need to work on a little something 😉. So I guess there is room for improvement 🙂...

The palmpay app and it's banking services have been awesome so far, fast transfers to other banks, very appealing and responsive UI. The stable network ensures financial confidence during business transactions. Customer care has improved from my previous experience. other services on the app platform like casback, loans, savings and investment. Is also adding value to customers. But am having difficulty pulling money from my binded bank card to my palmp account. Needs improvement. Kudos.!!

I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.
