I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

Trash.I made a data top-up but the transaction was closed and I was still debited and still didn't receive the data.I called customer service and they told me that they saw the transaction but the call was interrupted due to network issues so I called again the they were all telling me that they didn't see any transactions made on that day. So they told me to report a dispute but it's telling me to send an email of which I did but no one has replied since. Is there a glitch in the system or what

well, the app on it's own is kinda awesome... just the loan aspect that's giving me a bug... I mean for me personally, I can't get the designated amount they opt to give... I mean if the designated LA on amount is 30k, I'll only get to have 13k and i never repay late... I always repay quite consistently, so I don't know if you could do something'bout it... and the interest is kinda high
