Ratings and reviews

I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

Everything about the app is convenient and fast except when it comes to analyzing my transactions. Now I need to know how much I spend on a particular item because I always include it in the description but I cannot easily get it because there is no way I can custom search for that item. Even after downloading my statement, there is no column for description like other banks. Please fix this because some of us rely on statements to balance our real world accounts.

I'm having tough time login to this mobile app, showing network error all the time, even when I'm on a strong connection, speed network, and new version , all same, headache all the time... I'm only having problems login, and if it can be fix, you're the best, I'll give 5 stars straight
