Need a linked account before using the app. Doesn't have the functionality of the website
So, I changed my password and then after that I wasn't able to load the main page on the app. I can see the other three panels, however for main balance amount I have to log into my account via a Web browser. I uninstalled and re-installed the app, still have the same issue. It's fine working this way, but the live updates of the main balance is the reason I downloaded the app. There's not contact information or feedback section to notify transurban there is a minor issue with my app. It's okay 🌟🌟🌟
App worked perfectly until about a month ago, i haven't been able to login to the app since - bit of an inconvenience because i dont own a computer/laptop. As said when i was able to log in it was great!
You can't sign on with this app anymore. Appears to be the case for multiple users! EDIT - I contacted the details below and was provided a solution. My issue was that when I was signing in via my 4 digit code, it just failed and didn't give a decent error as to what was wrong. Nik from Transurban contacted me and advised to use the 'log in as a different user', enter your details with the text password. This got me into the app, I could then press 'More > Login and security > 4-digit password' and set my details again. The sign in now works again! Hope this helps anyone that may have been experiencing similar issues
App was great to start with, now getting an error message when trying to log in. Not sure why it stopped working? Bugger....
Same symptom as other users, I can login when I installed it yesterday. However, today i can only see a spinning icon when launching the app which seemed to me it's trying to connect, but never able to. Tried on mobile and Wi-Fi, will change rating if it works!
