My tax dollars paid for the road to be built, then I get charged a toll to drive on it. Double dipping at its finest. My problem though, is that I need to use an app to pay my toll, and the only way to put money in that account is electronically. Even though I used a savings account visa card, I still got charged a SURCHARGE OF 7 CENTS when I put $20 into the account. The toll fees are already high enough and you pass on a card surcharge when its the only possible way to pay. What a joke.

occasional use Sydney. Over from the 2go. $1.50 all taken fine. Open and told this account type can't access App, go to browser. Hopefully I won't be bombarded with offers i can't stop. Set up process needs looking at and App should apply to my account type.EDIT: some good while later I get an Email saying all working & It seems to be. I will upgrade to 5 after a while if warranted. 4 seems appropriate now as I can put the above down to teething issues.

Truly AWFUL app, even WORSE support. I downloaded the app only to use Rewards. Every time I attempt to the terms for Rewards I get the failure “Something went wrong. Try again.” Another device, same result. I thought Chat help would be useful, but it was barely useable in the app. The app does not send any of your account / login info to the operator. Navigate away from the app, chat indicates “You are currently offline - Retry”. Chat operators cannot even raise a case. USELESS!
