I have been trying to contact linkt's messaging service for four days, but I haven't been able to get a response. I want the accounting errors on my latest statement to be corrected. After four days, they tell me they are going to charge me three dollars. However, the accounting error was made by them. They are asking me to pay in order to correct their own mistake. also I already reached out to them but I didn't get and response.

Downloaded the app, created an account, added my card details for payments and it tells me it's a $1.50 start up fee...ok no worries, then it asked me to log back in...except now when I try to log in it just says something went wrong and won't let me log in...worked fine when it was taking money from my account though 🙄

Imagine making BILLIONS a year off tolls and still having an impractical app and a useless customer service team. My account was not updating and I begged Linkt to tell me my balance for WEEKS and they kept telling me there was no issue when there clearly was. Eventually they just quietly fixed it and said nothing. Absolute disgrace and the epitome of greed.
