Turns out someone cloned my license plate - charges reversed. 3 stars, because I still disagree with toll roads in principle. Charged tolls for trips that I never made? I absolutely 100% know that I didn't travel on toll roads the night in question - I even have video footage of my car IN THE DRIVEWAY, yet I received a text, and checked the app, where false charges have indeed appeared, including a 'video matching fee' charged as well! Absolute RUBBISH.

I think it's a bit rude to add administrative costs when paying fees is only available by either credit card or they direct debit my account. Either way they still add their surcharge. For non regular uses of tolls I can see the point but for regular travellers like myself shouldn't there be a rewards program for frequent & high usage travelling. Maybe join up with flybys points that maybe a way of a little give and take, & your still getting the funds needed to maintain our great road system.

Hi Raymond, The payment card surcharge is a bank processing fee for credit or debit card payments that we pass on straight from the bank. You can avoid the surcharge by switching to a direct debit payment with your nominated bank account. You can also pay with BPAY or pay in person at a participating outlet. Adrian

You are unable to remove a car from your account that is being used by someone with no permission to use toll roads unless you pay what they owe first. This means you get more demands for payments later if they are using the car around the time you make your payment. Absolutely inconvenient.
