I had some Unique inquiries, specific to my situation. The nearly 3 minute automated message at the beginning was total irrelevant to me a waste of time. The customer service person with a foreign voice (respectful) was reading from a script and hard to understand. And the survey at the end asked how likely Would I recommend Linkt to friends and family. It's a monopoly!! No other option! No 'competition'! There is only one provider!! A insulting survey I believe.

Had the app for months without using tolls, but the very day I travel to Brisbane via a toll way is the very day I get hit with the SMS scam within 1 hour. How did the scammers get my number on the very day I need to use the app?? Linkt had my details, so have they been hacked & when the scammers knew i just used the tolls, sent a very convincing SMS to say I had to pay via CC. Realised I had to freeze my credit card immediately over the weekend as no bank or assistance from Linkt was available.

These are phishing SMS' meaning they send it to as many people as possible hoping they get someone who has an account or travelled recently. POSSIBLE SCAM APP. BEWARE!!! I have the "LinktGo" app installed and this "Linkt" app sent me an SMS saying it was not installed, so I installed it and it wanted my sign in info. It was then I realised it was not the "LinktGo" app I already have installed. How did they get my phone number? I also get many scam SMSs from fake LinktGo scammers. And if LinktGo and Linkt are the same company, why are they trying to get me to install TWO apps? I'm uninstalling BOTH of them! AVOID! *SMS DELETED!

In this release:
- We’ve fixed a few issues that was causing the app to crash for some customers.
- We've made a number of small improvements to make the app work even better.
