While the product itself is good, the after-sales service is extremely poor, and the operating system is not receiving updates. Due to these issues, I have decided not to purchase any Infinix phones in the future.

i buy phone with the xclub 1gold welcome cheque, i scan download and register to claim the prize , after the registration claim or exchange the gold to the xstore , the xstore has not available in the app or in any website , such a useless and waste of time app . thumbs down bro 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Absolute waste of time. Won't let me login, won't let me sign up. The verification code is useless because it doesn't even work. After trying to sign in, it takes you to a page and tells you to login. Login with what? I never even set a password yet. I can't do anything. It just made me follow a bunch of people when I can't even use my account anyway. When I tried it on my 2nd number it didn't work.
