Ratings and reviews

If you have a "short drop" (less than $50) during off peak hours do not bother with the app. One of the major appeals to using this type of service inspite of the price point for me as a woman is safety. But imagine my surprise when I tried to book a ride from my home to the bus terminal for 5:00 am I was told that sort of drop was inconvenient or not seen as worth the drivers time. Additionally future rides at this time were cancelled by Travee with no explanation. Disappointed and displeased.

The app wallet doesn't work properly so if you dont pay attention you may pay twice (through the wallet AND by cash). Drivers are unprofessional and rarely call to confirm rides, instead, they call when they are near. Alot of vehicles clearly haven't been inspected. If the rider is late you are charged a 'wait' fee but if the driver is late you get a hardlucks. Making a profit is definitely their goal but their quality of service is not consistent with that goal. VAST room for improvement.

Great service. On time as well. 22/3/23..Update - the app doesn't seem to be working as it is not opening. Also previous to this the tracking of the vehicle also was not working. 27/9/2023..Update - The application is still not working. Updated the app but to no use. Looks like I will have to delete this app and look for another option.
