Great service. On time as well. 22/3/23..Update - the app doesn't seem to be working as it is not opening. Also previous to this the tracking of the vehicle also was not working. 27/9/2023..Update - The application is still not working. Updated the app but to no use. Looks like I will have to delete this app and look for another option.

The app wallet doesn't work properly so if you dont pay attention you may pay twice (through the wallet AND by cash). Drivers are unprofessional and rarely call to confirm rides, instead, they call when they are near. Alot of vehicles clearly haven't been inspected. If the rider is late you are charged a 'wait' fee but if the driver is late you get a hardlucks. Making a profit is definitely their goal but their quality of service is not consistent with that goal. VAST room for improvement.

I'm updating this review as I am very displeased. December 31st 2024 I booked a ride. As I entered the vehicle the driver had a child in the front passenger seat. I'm not sure if this is allowed on the company's end however I was given no explanation concerning the child. Upon arrival I paid the driver the full fare in cash only to realize that the receipt said that I paid in cash and with wallet. I am yet to receive feedback from Travee concerning this matter as I type this.
