I had an awful experience with Almosafer, it was my first time to use the app and unfortunately for me it turned out that any already applied discount code on the payment page will be removed if you change the chosen credit card even if you elect to add a new card. this was the first time to experience something like this, as usually applied codes in other apps doesn't get removed when you do something like this. this imo is a dishonest move to have codes removed without notification.

Since i booked my trip, I've deleted all the other applications .You don't need a travel agent or any other application to book your trip . Wow, it is easy and simple to manage your trip yourself. Highly recommended to everyone

This is a very bad service. I booked a ticket and they gave me the ticket with the correct name but the ticket booked with the airline had a wrong name and even after the mistake of Al Musafir, they did not refund me the full amount and deleted all the money.
