don't use this app guys, I bought tickets using this app and went to the airport, in the check-in section they said that your name is not popping up in the system, when you try to contact their customer service they just ignore you and say that there will be a fees for name change, even though I verified everything and it was fine the name was fine, I'm deleting this app

I shall never recommend anyone to use this platform because i booked a flight through them and flight schedule changed and almosafer didn't informed me due which flight was missed and i also had to suffer a lot of financial losses. when i asked them to refund they started to make excuses and after one month they told me that we had sent you a notification which is obviously a lie. They scammed me hope you don't have to go through the same. if you want to avoid such problem don't trust them.

Worst of the worst experience ever. they canceled my reservation at the hotel almost 2 hours before I arrive to the hotel and after I built my whole vacation and traveled to the hotel. even the hotel told me that recently Almosafer is not performing as before. I give them Zero.
