Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps I've seen... We made a reservation for a parking; we got email with QR code attached; so far so good... But in the same email, there is a link to check your reservation online, but when you click it, it tells that the reservation is canceled?!? While searching for support (which is nowhere to find), I found this app... Yet another disappointment... So far, smells fraud...

The QR code didn't work, the staff on site couldn't resolve the problem and had to refer me to call a hotline. They took some time to investigate my issue and finally gave up and said they would refund me and asked me to book again. However the booking price has since increased by 30 euros which they refused to match the difference. Wasted 1 hour of my time

I booked with Travelcar for a month to a hotel what doesn't exist anymore(Gables Hotel Solihull Birmingham). It's a place for refugees now. Suposed to be a shuttle bus and CCTV. I left my car there because it was an emergency and I had to catch the flight. I had to come back earlier to get the car from that place. No contact number to complain and I think is a fraud. The manager from this place said he's not getting any money from them but will allow me to park to don't ruin my holiday.
