Ratings and reviews

Useless. Doesn't let you modify a reservation from the app, and there's no button to help connect me with a travel agent. These are basic things I need on mobile. Sad my company left concur/world travel for this.

unable to get it up and running. It will not accept password even though I am usin it in the website interface.

App won't load my upcoming booking and I can't see anywhere to add it. Additionally the in app assistant tells me it can't help me with my question
