We provide world class mail scanning solutions that allows individuals and small businesses to view their postal mail online anywhere in the world. We provide a real physical street address that is unique to you. When your mail arrives, we scan the outside of the envelope and then you tell us to scan the contents, forward the item, shred it, return it, or hold it.

This app is pretty much the only one if subscribing to Travelling Mailbox. I like the simplicity of the app, it mostly does most basic tasks fine. My only problems is that this app crashes a LOT. It occurs about half of the time on average. The crashes happen randomly, but mostly when choosing an option/selection, or when reading/opening a mail item. I've also seen other reviews mentioning the same, so it's nice to know I'm not the only one having crashes. This needs to be fixed.

Downloaded, ready to sign up & create account of course for the services advertised but I couldn't get past the log in screen. App didn't recognize me as a new user or offer any option to create account or sign up. Only option I had was to simply figure out if the log in screen for "returning customers" was oddly- but possibly the same page as "create new" account also, but quickly received an error code. Tried 3 different strategies/3 attempts & now I've uninstalled app. 👎 Disappointed

I've had charged double for 48 months. From PayPal and my Credit card every 48 months. When I realized I contacted them and they said they were sorry and cancelled the second subscription which was caused by the system switch. They didn't bother to refund until I request a refund for double payments which was made a little less than it has to be. In fact, they've sent money instead of making a refund which result in some commission cut by PayPal. I'll switch to another service as soon as I can.
