Dissapointment, I will never use Travelio service anymore, bad experience and the service is horrible.The price suddenly changed right when I was about to book, with the explanation that prices are “fluctuating,” which felt very misleading.Check-in was at 5 pm, but I was not allowed to bring in my belongings, and when I asked to enter at 9 am the next day, they refused again, saying service is at 10:30 am, which makes no sense since I had already checked in the day before.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money they will stop providing any service - Several pieces of furniture were broken when I moved in. Despite reporting this immediately, and following up constantly, 2 months later nothing has been fixed. They always respond "we are checking" and then don't do anything further - the building entry was changed, but Travelio refuses to give me the new code. It's been 3 days and I can't even enter the building. I'll have to consider legal action

extremely poor service, first time user and it's more than enough, uninstalling the app, not worth a penny. don't expect to get full deposit return, they'll find a way to cut it if not take the whole of it. apart from slow response, unhelpful resolution made by their own employee. worst experience i've ever had. bottom line, it's more like a scam rather than a genuine accommodation rental service provider. i strongly you all to get another provider.
