Once they did the same. I called the customer care 5-6 times, that food is still not delivered. Every time these guys said "there are many orders, you will get it" and at last when train left the station. I again called customer care they just simply said "sorry we couldn't deliver". Stop fooling customers. I will make sure no one else from my friends and family orders from fruad Travel khana. 😠😡
Overall its an excellent app. But 1 request please provide food at Guntur Jn because there is no food available near by. If we travel in Garib Rath express then it's too difficult to control our hunger. So we the traveller always depend on your app. Not only me, many people will feel lucky if you add food facility at Guntur Jn. Thank you so much. Your team is doing a great noble work. Keep doing.
Today Ordered food well before time for delivery at Agra Fort at 10.20pm. To my surprise they didn't deliver the food at all. Called customer care but no result. They said only sorry. Now our family will be hungry all night as at this time we will not get food from anywhere. Worst management. Don't go for ordering food at TRAVELKHANA
Pathetic food, I ordered a veg thali order #1378414 in that it was mentioned 1 paneer sabji, one seasonal veg, dal, jeera rice, 3 roti and a sweet. Now when the thali came, instead of the paneer sabji it was chole in red gravy and also the sweet was missing from it. The station where it was delivered, the train stopped only for 5 mins. So by the time I open the thali the train has already left so no point of returning the thali. Also the delivery guy took 5 rs tip for no reason.
This was my first booking at travelkhana and the order was not delivered. Even though I call customer care for deliver it on next station but food was not delivered there also. Worst app. Don't ever try to book food from travel khana, you mey have to sleep hungrily.
There is no doubt that the food is fresh and tasty but there should be some modifications. The first modification according to me is that it should have a description box for writing about the type of food the passengers want for example if the passengers want to have spicy or non spicy food then due to the description box they will be able to tell about it. The second modification is that it should have a option for khichdi in the menu for those passengers who are having their stomach upset during the journey. After these two modifications I am sure that not only I but all the passengers would rate it 5 out of 5.
