Ratings and reviews

This was my favorite travel agent. But now, customer service is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot, and if it cannot answer your question, well, too bad. You'll be waiting in the chat box for nothing until the system kicks you out for no response. So only order things here that you have 100% of certainty. Anything else, ordering through the actual hotel or airline is probably a better route as you will end up dealing with them anyway for issues.

Please do not use the airport transfer from this app! There was no driver that was supposed to pick me up!! I have emailed the customer support but haven't received any response yet! I'm going to put my review in the app as I had the bad experience!! I called the driver and even messaged thru WhatsApp. I asked the local to dial the number, apparently it was inactive. Very unprofessional & irresponsible! The appointment was at midnight. I even received the confirmation email. No one contacted me!

Had a terrible experience with Traveloka in Bali. Paid for a hotel, got a confirmation, but the hotel denied my booking saying" we are full" . Customer service only offered a refund. Spent the night on the street, wasted time, taxi fare, and energy. Received a voucher worth 1.78 USD – insultingly cheap. Avoid this app. It's a nightmare!
