Horrible! Booked a hotel reservation and then saw that the price I paid through TravelPerk was significantly more than booking with hotel itself. I requested a cancellation with TravelPerk and they cancelled my reservation, but haven't refunded my credit card. They do not offer 24/7 help, just a messaging service. TravelPerk is a European company and are on ECT time. I would love to cancel another reservation that I have with them, but I fear that I won't get refunded. Definitely don't use them!

Called, the operator tried to help me but would not answer how much I am charged for the call. Then she put me on hold. The whole conversation took 30 minutes and I could not hang up and buy a ticket myself because I did not know if they would charge my company for the ticket and with my purchase my company would be charged twice

With the latest update any train bookings made via app are not visible until they are approved by my line manager. In previous versions you could see them in pending state
