I freaking love trello. This App rocks my world! It's the most versatile organization/project management/ content management/ idea jotting/ life scheduling / work management app I've ever used. It's also alot of fun for the creative people that like things to look pretty. I'm using trello gold which is like $5/month because I like my board to look extra pretty and you have a broader range of stickers to access. Id recommend this app to anyone, I think its versatile enough for any use case

I'd love to give this app five stars, but it doesn't sync completely with changes I make on the web app. Even the app's 'sync' function doesn't. [Edit] Four stars. After erasing all the app data a few times the app now syncs w/ the web app. App is very touch friendly and easy to use. Would easily be five stars but there are a few features that are only available on the web or in the app. I'd like to have the same features in both. E.g. it doesn't seem to be able to change a list item to a card in the Android app.

Great companion app to the desktop version. A bit of feedback for the developers: A bit lacking in terms of UX and material design. I would suggest keeping the same feel as the desktop version has so as not to confuse the user between both platforms. Personally, I love using Trello on my desktop while I work. It would be amazing if I could have the same experience while on my phone; being able to stay focused on my tasks, and not get distracted by some of the features offered in the mobile version (eg weird button placement when adding a checklist/description, etc to a card, as well as notifications which I don't use. Other than that, once I click on a board, it feels the same as it is on my desktop. No issues with sync. All in all great app. Keep up the good work! Indy

I like this better when it comes to user experience. A really awesome app specially if you can open your attachments offline. Yes, unfortunately I can't do that here like in Keep. I can't also change your board's background offline. I hope there's also an option as what part of an image to show as card cover. Please please please make this things work for us offline. As of now I'm still using Keep because of this stuff. Thank you so much in advance and more power. Cheers!

This app is great. A lot of people don't give it 5 stars because they're just not used to the Trello system. If your board is not project based but a simple to do list, I find it works best with a Getting Things Done system where you have a context for you board (@home, @work), and for lists you have the following. an inbox (just a brainstorm list), dependent list (where you are waiting on an outcome from sb else or sth else so you can't do anything for it at the moment), today list (cards with tasks you can deal with today), this week list , next list (cards are actionable, you know what to do but have not decided when to do it), maybe list (cards are not actionable, you don't know what to do let alone when to do it), and completed lost (list of cards you can archive).

I find this app and the website with it very useful. It's team integration, board management, and customization are very well done. There's only one or two downsides with the mobile version. Mainly, how a board is displayed. It works well, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't seem like the most elegant solution out there.

Sounds like something's not working as it's supposed to. Please feel free to reach out at https://trello.com/contact and we'll be glad to look into it! Great companion app to the desktop version. I love this app!! I hate that the repeat feature seems to be not included anymore and I will not pay the business upgrade only for that function, anyway, as I use it only for myself. I'm in love with the sync between app and computer! I make any changes and it syncs smoothly between both. Is the perfect tool for a visual (and undisciplined) person like me. Thanks for creating such an amazing thing!
Without alarms it is a waste of time. I can't get notification on my android and emails are a waste of time - I refuse to check my emails every 5 mins just to see if there is a notification. So if i have to set up an alatm on another app i might as well use that app. A pity.

Hey Mark, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot as to why you're not receiving notifications on your device.
As for more control over notifications and reminders, we do have some workarounds.
Feel free to reach out a trello.com/contact Great app for projects. You can also use it for a mini database of info you need to keep track of. I use it for service notes. My only issue is you cant delete a personal board once its created. Programmers need to update the app so boards can be deleted and not just renamed...
Absolutely baffling that not all the power ups are not available on the mobile version. You can't create repeat due dates from the mobile app! You have to go to the web version instead. It really is a bummer because the app has such potential. The Windows 10 app is amazing! But in order for this system to have a bright future they must not treat the mobile apps as a second thought.
I'd like to give it 4.9 stars just because I have a little issue when it comes to using the widget. I use Trello for personal management and I want to use the widget. However, I always need to assign myself as a member to the card and when I'm done with it, I have to remove myself. Surely there's a way to make it simpler?
I use trello for task management for a small project involving 4-6 people. It's been perfect. It would also be great for things like household chores and schoolwork. The catch is that everyone involved has to use it. Compared to other tools, e.g. jira and asana, trello is simpler, more straightforward, and outright friendlier. Trello also uses markdown, which I prefer to jira's markup.
everything in this app its good but only need admin and administration for each group, some time members delete your task and you can't do any think. i hope they will find solutions for this. any way its the best
App keeps crashing after prolonged use and freezes your phone until the app closes. Terrible app. Its purpose to deliver an organized manner in which to plan projects and add files while working simultaneously with someone else isn't that bad I guess, its good.
I really love this app. I want to suggest a lock or a private board. Im having a problem with the notifications, it is not regestering on the phone even though it is enabled. So i am not notified on the things that were due.
Almost perfectly in sync with the desktop version as far as features are concerned. Just expand the settings page to include everything the Web allows to get 5 stars. For example I wanted to disable email notifications today, and found that I can't form the app. Frustrating. Also missing are profile editing, password change, two factor authentication, extension/power up controls, etc. Add those, there is no reason for discrepancy in the settings that can be controlled by the different versions. I also noticed recently that linked cards do not show up like on the Web version. They just display the link, instead of the name of the card.
Not sure this is the place for my complaint: It works well on my LG G5, but has crashed my Windows 10 PC three times. First the moment I installed it from Windows store. The next two times when I tried to open it - each time after rebooting. Afraid of trying it once again. Can you help me get it work on my PC? Edit: I love it on my phone so took risk and tried the desktop app a couple of times again. My PC crashed all the same. Developer, are you listening?
Seamless app for the wonderful trello tool - makes it easy to use even on a mobile phone where screen space is limited. Go-to tool for organizing everything, from personal study to million dollar proiects. Keep up the excellent work!
I used to have to-do lists, now I have a sophisticated and versatile workflow system that I can access on several platforms. I love the fact that I can add items to my boards on the fly, either on my phone or on my tablet, then I can go to work and have the list up on my pc. I also using it to collaborate with team members across the country, and also to organise which songs we're working on in my band! Basically I use this app all the time and I recommend it to everyone I meet. Get this app!
Trello is an excellent app combining several different apps used everyday. Combines notes, calendar, time manager, etc. Most of all you keep you mind free of worries of not forgetting something
Vastly inferior to the browser version, even on mobile. Doesn't show stickers and power-ups (like dates). Just improve the PWA and deprecate this mess, please, if you have no intention of porting any features.
Good, but not perfect. When you add a new thing when offline, the program adds a huge horrible sync sight, that could be smaller
I love this app and have personally recommend it to several of my friends and colleagues. It is straight forward and simple to use. Great for live sharing household honey-do lists with my ADD husband. It is versital that I use it to organize parties, grocery shopping lists and as a monthly expenses checklist.
So I tried this app to replace Google Keep but Trello isn't as user friendly as Keep. Trello is for more advance users. Just trying to make a grocery list had me searching the web and Trello support on how to make it so that the un-ticked items would automatically move on top. It has plenty of potential but would require hours of study on how to use the app.
This app is exactly what you would want in an app after using the web version. It's the same thing, just touch based. Great app!
Trello is such a great platform for team projects. It's easy to use and free tools doesn't make you feel you're missing anything. The paid tools, on the other hand, makes you want to extract more from the platform. The balance between these two sides is on the right way. About the app, I wish I could log in multiple accounts. Being able to easily control personal (personal email) and professional projects. KTGW!
I use this app daily, and often recommend it to others. It's easy to use and a great place to manage projects, store ideas and much more. I especially enjoy the checklist feature.
Great app Couple of suggestions: * please add hand written notes similar to the google keep app. * reminder on location (map selection) * repeat reminders (Please can one of the developers respond to my suggestions) Thx
I love how you can organize tasks/projects into "cards", move them around, add to-do lists to each card. Feels more natural and structured than a very long single to-do list like apps I have used in the past.
Great to use as a kanban board for work or personal to do list. It allows you to keep track of collaborative projects and things you want to get done around the house.
The app is good. The widget is unreliable. It does not refresh automatically and the refresh button doesn't work sometimes
I've never had issues with the Trello app before but am now running into issues keeping all of my boards in sync. I use Trello heavily on desktop and mobile and in the past few weeks noticed that changes don't get propagated to the mobile app if I make them in the web app. The way I've been solving this is signing in and out of the Trello app which works, and I'm willing to do because I use the software so much, but it's a pain. For reference, I am using a OnePlus One with the latest version of Android.
The app is quite slow and it needs to be optimized. I'm running a snapdragon 835 on my xiaomi mi6 and it's still quite slow to start upp.
Simply Amazing app for getting task and activity orgainised, personally and with a group. Trello could you have a setting with options to have new cards on top of a list instead of automatically staying at bottom of a list. Top to bottom is Later to Earlier?
Text formatting doesn't work in the app, card's comments don't update, some other bugs I forget... The web version works like a champ tho.
Awesome tool to organise the different responsibilities in my life and to present them in a visually appealing way that actually helps you to get things done
Incredible app. It just simple and direct. No "feel good experience" nonsense. Just good old sticker organization. But online.
Editing doesn't work offline, it also seems there is no sync in background. No reminders. Have to stay with Google Keep
This is a good online platform for sharing ideas and plans etc and then easily collaborating and sharing. But it will add even more value if you could 1. Allow users to delete created cards in the lists withing boards 2. Empower users to bold, italicize, highlight or change font color of the text in the cards and even in its description I use it for fact collection and insight generation from it. It will help me in that with these new features added.
I'm a software developer and I work using agile. I wanted to do the same thing at home with my personal family goals and chores and Trello makes it very easy and fun.
