Introducing the new Cosmic Ticketing Event Guide & Ticket Management app; designed to bring you an informative event guide, ticket purchasing and ticket management system on your Android phone. Once set up – whether you buy your tickets online, in-store or directly from your phone – your tickets will be sent directly to your phone. They can then be easily scanned at the entry of the event. This system eliminates paper wastage, lost tickets and helps speed up entry time at the event.

Once the app is installed use the menu button (Android 2.3) then select “My Tickets” . If you are running Android 4 or later, select “My Tickets” from along the top of your screen. You will then be asked to enter in your email address that you use to buy tickets.
Once you have submitted the email address you will be sent an authentication link to that email account, click on the link in the email and your device will now be authenticated. From that point on any tickets you buy – whether from the App, online or instore (including complementary tickets) – will automatically be sent to “My Tickets” on your phone.
Simply have your mobile ticket(s) ready to be scanned at the door.
* For store brought tickets you must provide the same email address as you used to authenticate your phone.
